Uma coisa que achei útil em minha jornada foi ter sempre pares de cobertura para as atividades desenvolvidas dentro da equipe, pois é fato que além do líder se comunicar de forma eficaz, e aplicar meritocracia, quando o time desenvolve esta maturidade e habilidade a corpora??o tem ganhos exponenciais, minha sugest?o aqui é desenvolver o senso de dono no time, para uma comunica??o assertiva. Pois por mais que a comunica??o seja clara o receptor precisa estar comprometido com o comunicador para isso ser materializado em resultados e ganhos.

Na gest?o de pessoas a comunica??o interna é fundamental! Deve ser sempre de forma clara e sucinta. Muitas vezes aquilo que queremos transmitir n?o é o que os outros entendem, por isso é t?o importante que seja feita várias vezes, na linguagem correta e de forma a que se consiga transmitir a ideia, processo, tarefa, etc. A comunica??o tem que ser bilateral... Com quest?es se entenderam e pedir para explicar o que foi transmitido! Para além disso, a comunica??o frequente aproxima e une, se for feita sempre de forma positiva! A mi me ha resultado útil comunicar constantemente la dirección y los objetivos que queremos lograr , pues también escuchar las inquietudes que cada persona puede tener desde su rol y circunstancia . Una activa escucha es fundamental y poner diferentes canales de comunicación , como reuniones grupales, focus group, 1 a 1 etc . También es primordial dar retroalimentación de toda esta estrategia de comunicación q la dirección y recursos humanos

En lo personal, mí forma de reconocer a mí equipo es otorgando vacaciones cuando lo pidan, muchos jefes no brindan este derecho argumentando que hay mucho trabajo y ésto desmotiva y en varios casos las personas renuncian. Otra forma es apoyarlos con permisos para ir al médico o alguna junta escolar. ésto genera compromiso y lealtad. Tener un gran equipo es hacer que todos apoyen así cuando des vacaciones o permisos, el resto dará el extra para cubrir la ausencia.

In my experience managing a small team needs to work like a close knitted family. The team needs to be fully aware of the accountability. The team needs to be accountable. The team need to be graduated for the bigger picture as the Business tree grows and the Branches spread the essence and the learning should spread to build an ethical and responsive team to the customer needs and achieving the Target with accountability.

Aunque la pregunta habla de montar un peque?o equipo de distribución , nadie empieza un peque?o equipo para no escalarlo! y menos en temas logísticos . Un equipo de distribución eficiente y eficaz no se puede hacer en el siglo XXI sin potentes ayudas informáticos que te integren las operaciones , te minimicen los tiempos de operación y eviten los errores. Todo ello con datos en tiempo real para contestar , tomar decisiones y analizar indicadores para la consiguiente mejora. Por supuesto debes tener claros roles y responsabilidad , y demás cosas perfectamente compartidas . Pero la logística moderna sin herramientas y buenos partners tecnológicos no saldrá bien.

I developed an activity planning template where I was able to group my team deliverables into different activity buckets. Each bucket had a clear output and several related tasks that were strategic to achieving the output as well as the expected timelines for delivery. Each team member has an activity bucket where they play a coordinating role that involves providing me with regular updates and documenting the contributions of other team members in a report for my review and feedback. With this arrangement, every team member is aware of the various expected deliverables of the team and is familiar with the process and procedures for delivering on them while working closely with each other and sharing ideas on how they can be efficient.
