What are some effective strategies for keeping your photography team on the same page?

Do you need hair/MUA, a digi tech, a videographer, etc. This will allow you to figure out which roles are needed in order to make the project successful. Once identified, clearly define the scope, budget, timeline and deliverables for each collaborator, so when you begin scouting, you'll have all of the information presented to each person. This will allow them to see if they can take on the project or if they can pass it on. It would be optimal to create this in some kind of project management software for effective onboarding.

Recuerda siempre alabar a los miembros de tu equipo en público, pero corregirlos en privado. La retroalimentación es muy importante, tanto cuando se trata de incentivar comportamientos y actitudes como de corregirlos, pero cada tipo de situación requiere un tratamiento distinto. Elogiando el buen trabajo en público te ganas el agradecimiento de tu staff y corrigiéndolos en privado te ganas su confianza y respeto.
