In my opinion, there is a lot of things that can be learned from your competitors and drawing inspiration of successful product form competitor is one of the most important things. Not only that we can re-introduce a failed product by our competitor with a small twist making the one small mistake done by our competitor.

Si bien es cierto hay que observar a nuestros competidores. En este sentido lo más poderoso que se puede obtener es determinar en dónde no están llegando a sus clientes. Es decir, ese punto ciego que nosotros podriamos complementar y de esta manera convertirnos en pioneros de servicios innovadores. El secreto de la innovación es llegar donde no han llegado los demás.
