The best ways are : 1. Conduct a survey to find out what rewards will be well received. 2. Understand the profile of the parties involved to know what serves them best. This can range from reciprocating with business leads, Career opportunities, marketing exposure, business partnerships, special rates, a banquet or party, gifts, plaques and others. 3. Research other programs and organisations to find out what rewards serve best. Then innovate from there by coming up with better or tweaked variations. Of course, when the parties involved believe in what you do or offer, even without rewards, they are willing to support, that will be the best ever! ??????
