I suggest to use a multimeter for checking the power supply if it's giving a right amount of voltage. And to check if it has a line cut.

Take your cmos battery out and restart your pc to reset your bios once reseted switch pc off after booted and insert your battery again if it does not boot after taking your cmos battery out check power cabels if thats not the problem it might be a blown transistor or capasator or some thing wrong with you cpu

For me check also the monitor screen maybe backlight isn't working or broken screen. And Recheck battery if it's okay or maybe broken.

As may experience I do remove the cmos battery for few seconds but still same issue if you like to reset a 100% just remove the cmos and long press the power button up to 20 seconds.
