Compassion is over-rated (hear me out) Compassion and empathy are not goals of mine. For one, both of these frequencies are exhausting. Secondly, they weaken the energy fields of everyone involved. Thirdly, they are not actually constructive in any way. People do not want you to feel compassion or empathy for them, they want to feel your absolute peaceful acceptance of what IS. Allowing what IS to BE, without needing to fix, change or identify with it, is the mark of a skilled practitioner. Yes, coaching or consulting can be emotionally exhaustive, but it doesn't have to be energetically exhausting. Clean up your need to 'be compassionate' and instead work on your ability to BE OK with what is happening, in real-time, with presence.
