During bidding time, client will take contractor to site and during the site visit it has to be analysed if the land is sabka or rocky that will crucial for land development. Any wrong analysis or missing the point will lead to high cost implications. Therefore, it’s a huge risk. We need to read the contract very carefully to understand the prerequisite for land development and also we should take handover of the land only after clear risk assessment. Contractually if we have some days to verify the land then we should go for the geotechnical survey.
