En base a mi experiencia lo mejor es crear un plan de formación que incluya practicas con evidencias, la formación se debe dar de forma presencial inicialmente y luego en remoto. Pero todo depende de cada grupo de usuarios y de los comprometidos que estén los involucrados en el proyecto. Mucha formación a veces terminada en horas improductivas, tanto para los formadores como para los mismos usuarios, hay que simular situaciones reales y hacer protagonista a los usuarios en todo momento.

Na minha experiência, a cria??o de manuais pelo usuários é uma tarefa árdua e que n?o gera muito resultado mesmo quando conciliado com IA, prefiro utilizar ferramentas de captura de tela onde é possível adicionar textos explicativos como o scribe. Dessa forma é possível gerar um catálogo de pílulas do conhecimento para consulta e integra??o de novos colaboradores.
