I’m my experience, NPS gives the accurate information on the customer satisfaction and it’s byproduct, their loyalty towards the brand as our customers are likely to appreciate and recognise any event in their life with the way they are made to feel. Even if the customers are asked how likely they recommend one product at the time when they are completely distracted also, they give 9 or 10 based on how they have felt about the product or service one brand has given them. So I think this is one of the most innovative and direct way to get loyalty information.
