There are a few great examples of using interactive ads: Domino's "Anywhere Pizza". campaign used AR to allow users to order pizza by pointinng their smartphone at the empty pizza box or other surface. Nike did a campaign called "Find Your Greatness" that was used to gamify ads to encourage users to participate in physical challenges and earn rewards. L'Oréal's "Virtual Makeup" app allowed uss to try on different makeup products using AR.

The newest trend in advertising, be it any medium is - being authentic and real. No more shiny animated hair in shampoo ads work, but the real people showing real results after using a shampoo, totally do ( influencers). The only irony being that this shift in consumer behavior made the brands create AI models to become the new influencers :)

Personalized ads, Linkedin Team, creep me out: It usually means that someone have been seeing MY browsing history, Likedin Team, which in itself is Big Brother spooky. We know already that our names - yours and mine, Linkedin Team, are inserted into the text by the change in font. But it does nothing to convince me, since every neighbor has their name inserted the same way. Nothing warm and fuzzy about that, Is there, Linkedin Team?

You also have Amazon's "recommended for you" section. This is where they personalised recommendations to suggest products that you may be interested in base on our past purchasee and browsing history. Netflix also have the "Watch next" row where it suggests films/series for you to watch based on your past viewing history.

Ironically, A.I. is one of the big innovations in video storytelling right now and the advancements seem to be happening daily. We’re not far from being able to generate smooth, full-motion video, in just about any style, with just a few prompts. It’s going to revolutionize the way ads are made, stir up all sorts of ethical questions, and completely disrupt the old methods.
