Según mi experiencia la participación del usuario en el proceso creativo del dise?o es absolutamente vital, la retroalimentacion constante entre dise?ador y usuario facilita el entendimiento de las necesidades del usuario y por lo tanto proporciona en mayor medida, un dise?o ajustado a las realidades del usuario. Es una práctica que se debe aplicar en el servicio UNO a UNO como en el dise?o para usuarios corporativos! Hoy las grandes corporaciones están estudiando los comportamientos de sus empleados desde el punto de vista humano para incorporarlo en el dise?o de sus espacios y aumentar su productividad desde el disfrute del trabajo mismo ene spacios inspiradores y cómodos. Ojalá se hiciese lo mismo con las viviendas del teletrabajador.

Tenerla posibilidad de observar cómo los usuarios de trabajo remoto trabajan desde casa para entender sus desafíos, permitirá ayudar a concientizar al usuario y a los dise?adores, sobre la necesidad de transformar la concepción de los espacios de las viviendas para encontrar las nuevas maneras de resolver la coexistencia del trabajo en la vida familiar sin detrimentos de ninguna de ellas. Hoy en las viviendas, unos espacios de esparcimiento o descanso, se sacrifican en pos del uso del trabajo causando estragos en el bienestar y calidad de vida. No obstante, el trabajador, el entorno social y laboral le restan importancia porque asumen que el hecho de estar en casa ya es terreno ganado y suficiente! Nada mas lejos de la verdad.
