The most important step initially is to ensure all the Snr Leadership team are fully aligned and that they understand the need for consistent communication across the organisation. I've been in multiple meetings with senior stakeholders who whilst agreed to being aligned in the meeting are anything but as soon as they leave. This is really unhelpful as it paints a picture of a fractured executive team who aren't fully committed to making the change happen, this will also filter down to the people that work for them. 100% alignment at senior level is critical to ensure success is achieved.
