1 Identify the source

The first step to manage conflict effectively is to identify the source of the problem. Is it a misunderstanding, a personality clash, a difference in values, a lack of communication, or a competition for resources? Knowing the root cause of the conflict will help you choose the best strategy to resolve it. For example, if the conflict is caused by a misunderstanding, you can clarify the expectations and goals of both parties. A mon sens, identifier la source est un processus plus qu'un préalable. Il y a la "source écran" qui est brandie facilement, identifiable rapidement. Par expérience, je pense alors à l'origine de cette source. Bien souvent d'autres sources plus souterraines, plus anciennes. Identifier le visible, ce qui est nommé, est un point de départ. Gerer un point conflictuel pour gerer le conflit sur le long court.

Human beings are naturally political animals advocating for personal/self-interests. The desire to satisfy these interests usually results in disagreements, leading to heightened conflicts and, sometimes, violence. The first step to preventing these causalities starts from within. There is no action without a reaction. Those within an organization must learn self-management as they would encounter other political beings seeking to achieve self-interests. One's ability to live a respectable life would determine one's relations to those external to oneself.

M?chte ich mich verbessern, ist es wichtig, auch offen zu sein für konstruktive Kritik. Aktives Zuh?ren und das Verstehen von Rückmeldungen k?nnen bei der eigenen Reflexion helfen. Ergeben sich daraus z.B. Verbesserungen, so ist es nützlich diese Verbesserungsvorschl?ge umzusetzen, um dadurch die eigenen F?higkeiten zu st?rken. ??Fazit: Regelm??iges (gut durchgeführtes) Feedback erm?glicht eine kontinuierliche Anpassung und f?rdert die pers?nliche und berufliche Entwicklung! ?? Erg?nzend werde ich unter Punkt 7, noch die Methode des Feedforward nennen, welche meiner Meinung nach eine sehr effektive M?glichkeit ist, da sie verst?rkt auf zukünftige Handlungen fokussiert!
