Look for platforms that align with your company values. I also think it’s key to find platforms that provide features for recognition, communication, and collaboration. Additionally, seek platforms that offer analytics to measure engagement levels and assess the effectiveness of your initiatives.

A medium-sized tech company adopts Workplace by Facebook for internal communication, facilitating departmental collaboration and employee recognition. For project management, they use Trello to visually track progress across stages, ensuring team alignment. Since this is for internal communications and interaction, I would NOT recommend any public social media platforms at all, and that includes commercial platforms from social media vendors. However, do remember to be consistent so that at some point, your employees will be eagerly waiting for a newsletter to know more about what is happening in your workplace.
