Tangible information and structure are important, but what truly connects people to the message is when it comes from the example of genuine lived experience rather than a regurgitation of dry facts and over-reliance on mechanical delivery technique. Include emotion and don’t be afraid to share a little vulnerability and humanity. Consciously infuse this into the structure of your speech to ensure lasting impact that is unforgettable.
