All the tests mentioned are very good and complete when it comes to analyzing a ceramic component in question in detail. These tests can be an excellent option to understand a failure of a ceramic component or when purchasing a component on the open market. However, if we talk about manufacturing and mass production, the approach must be different. Placing an incoming for ceramics so that they are measured according to spec in terms of dimensions and that they are also measured with LCR to validate their electrical value.

When buying a ceramic component on the open market or trying to understand why a component failed, these tests might be a great resource. However, a different strategy is required when discussing manufacturing and mass production. Setting up an incoming for ceramics will ensure that their dimensions are measured in accordance with specifications and that their electrical value is verified by LCR measurement.
