Try to self recognize the individual with his name. 3. LinkedIn recruiter OR LinkedIn is a very powerful way to find a candidate for a tough candidate. Every candidate cannot be found in the ATS Database but 90% of the professionals in the world use LinkedIn, so we can try connecting them and can have a word about the requirement.

I have successfully recruited candidates for US based speakers of Mayan and indigenous languages for the LSP I created, Maya Bridge Language Services. When recruiting for speakers of these languages, using traditional recruiting methods rarely prove successful. In order to find qualified candidates, I have had to use non-traditional methods like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, instagram, and other internet resources to pinpoint where resources can be found. Additionally, I believe that a boots-on-the-ground approach can be helpful and have had success traveling to areas where I know there are high populations of speakers of these languages. Use every resource available, not just LinkedIn!
