In my experience. Look up your potential team on LI and see the average yearly tenure (Attrition and Retention). Read their Form 10-Q if they're public (Financial Health). Reach out to a current and former employee you may be connected with on LI (Culture & Morale).

You can learn a lot about a company's culture based on how they talk about themselves on their website. This will help you know if the company is a good fit for you!

This is the first port of call but not the last. All other aspects also need to be reviewed to understand the current culture and reviews (or absence of) feedback regarding previous training. Does the client value training and what it can do in contributing towards a positive team culture? If nothing is apparent then maybe it could be suggested?

Much can be learned about the culture by delving into social media. Read blogs. Note the “meatiness”, or lack thereof, in the content. Take note of attributes that speak to their level of professionalism and commitment to excellence!

I also dig into product demos and marketing materials to learn how they position themselves and talk about themselves to potential customers. This helps me learn their language and gain insight into their organizational culture.

Find folks in your network who are connected to the company, and reach out to ask for introductions for an information interview. When I share info interviews, I always try to be honest. I just left a workplace where I interacted daily with AMAZING people, but the organizational culture was toxic and abusive. When interested applicants reached out, I would tell them just that. Vous pouvez préparer des questions sur les sujets rédhibitoires pour vous, quant à vos conditions de travail, ou salaire par exemple. What I have learned during my career is the gut check reveals red flags and minor issues. The biggest lesson I have learned in business is to trust my educated gut.
