Simply stated, NEVER share your Intellectual Property with a partner! License your Patent or Patent Pending. A partner is/may only be an Individual that as part of the Patent/Inventing process contributes as a Non-Divisible % Joint Tenancy Owner/Inventor. My best example is Patent Pending 218544 when I state, "I have an Individual Property Right to always participate in the game of Global Thermonuclear War as inventor of the Neutron Bomb licensed solely and exclusively to the United States Navy. Kinda like Life Admiral Rickover as Father of The Nuclear Navy." Yes. he has Property Trusts that prevent sharing Nuclear Navy & Sub technology to any other entity than the U.S.

Patents, Patent Pendings and most Copyrights are for Individuals only. Like Voting, only a person may Vote. Trademarks and some Copyrights are for entities or corporations. Apple and Iphone is a good example, their claims to engineering code or contents are worthless, bad faith and indefensible.

Every Individual is their own best advocate/lawyer. Claims of Power of Attorney over any Intellectual Property is a bad faith unlawful Power of Attorney. Abraham Lincoln, " An attorney representing himself has a fool for a client, BUT AS ALL LAWYERS KNOW, You can fool all of the people Some of the time, Some of the people All of the time, BUT, you can't fool All of the People All of the Time."

Well, a Conceptual Patent is like Real Estate, everlasting Ownership Right. Any Bad Faith Claim or Infringement losses at law and may be subject to payment of multipliers and all ill-gotten profits.
