I didn't have access to many users when communicating optional results to clients. I started by justifying an experience of the prototype internally. I then asked a handful of specific audience members to provide feedback. To present, I summarized the findings and connected them to the experience we prototyped. Therefore, we can better understand the team's ideal next steps. TDLR: never discount communicating your results and recommendations early in your next project!

Measuring my UX project's return on investment (ROI) significantly differs from creating beautiful and usable interfaces. When calculating results for a UX project, I always consider the psychological aspects of the ideal user's experience and journey using the product. Some examples could include the following: - Referrals/ Shares - Engagement rate - Retention rate - Conversions - Adoption rate With this, I always ensure that everyone on the team is aligned with our goal to better prepare for priorities and communicate a path forward. ??
