One thing I found helpful is to understand and realize what's the main problem, This requires you to take the analyzing approach to analyze the situation's inputs that enable you to catch the main reason for the problem sometimes you need to sort the inputs and analyze the reasons behind these inputs to make the situation tell you what the story is. When you discover the problem you need to follow a creative approach to deliver a creative solution in order to solve the main reason for the problem not the symptoms.

I believe we need to start by recognising and labelling matters as ‘problems’. For this we need to ask: “what else could I be doing to automate / quicken / optimise the work that I do?” You may be using Powerpoint for your presentations and this may not be a ‘problem’ for you. Only if you ask and expect more from a slide prep tool, you will be able to explore alternatives such as Canva, Lumen5, etc… Hence, to be able to learn and apply new techniques and tools, we need to keep asking more and question our ways of doing..
