Throughout my career, customers tend to highlight and elevate the individuals worthy of recognition within customer support. A sincere focus and empathy for customer challenges, dedication to easing those challenges, and overall authenticity with your customers will undoubtedly lead those you are serving to deliver praise your leaders won't be able to ignore. Communication is your most powerful tool to serve them, you don't have to know all of the solutions but having an advocate who let's them know progress is being made can be the difference between superstars and regular performers. Triarc encourage authentic relationships with our customers, ultimately serving them well serves us well.

At Triarc, we're all-in on customer care, with expert service leading to high customer satisfaction. Other organizations care about time to resolution, calls per day, response times, NPS, etc. These are meaningful metrics and depending on what your organizations values you should focus your energy on delivering into those areas.
