As a 30 year Small Business Owner (concert promotions, marketing, training) I successfully utilize many of the previously discussed tactics. Yet, three tactics that worked well: 1. We wrote upbeat job descriptions highlighting positive points that the employees liked. We distributed in advance utilizing employee networks, targeted associations, nonprofits and places profiled applicants trusted. 2. We proactively distributed profiles of the type of people who were successful in the positions. This was included with the job descriptions. 3. We recorded our employees giving brief descriptions of their experiences and played at job fairs. Our biggest value was the business culture and we highlighted it. I hope this helps. Go be GREAT!
