One of the best ways to improve your communication skills is to journal and by that I mean doing a free-write and have a conversation with yourself. Ditch the punctuation, spelling, and grammar. Allow yourself to talk to the different parts of you. There's likely one part that's stronger at listening, another that's better at communicating clearly, and another that offers solutions that your clients can take to the next level. The better you know yourself and the way you communicate, the easier it is to connect to other humans and find your niche. So bust open a journal, and start yourself off with a simple prompt: "what do I appreciate most in communication?" Let yourself explore that question, and see where it takes you.

One thing I found more effective is writing asking your clients to write their problem and how they feel in it, and what would they like to change in the situation and how would they feel if the other person ( the problem) does something different and what they want to see themselves in the future these things really help us coaches to help the clients with their problem and acts a great tool for an effective communication

An ideal client is one who communicates; that is the sole criterion. For without communication, there is no therapy/coaching. In terms of communication style, a coach should shoot for a 75/25 client-to-coach speaking ratio, especially in the first five sessions. If a client wanted a lecture, (s)he would not have come to a therapy/coaching session. When a coach does speak during a session, (s)he should avoid platitudes such as: “I know exactly what you are going through,” “I hear you,” and “don’t you think you’re overreacting?” Every client’s experience is unique to that client, so we mustn’t presuppose to know anything about them.

There are two things I find beneficial. The first is choosing an intention for the day before getting out of bed. eg. to be joyful in whatever I am going to do today, be consistent, serve. Choose one. This will put you in the state you need to be in for any communication. The second is to spend a little time in nature without any devices in order to place yourself in alignment. In this way, you can produce and give the best of you. You are way more present.
