You need to be very clear when defining goals and objectives as to what is the kind of trainees you will be enrolling, their acumen and aptitude and how fast or how slowly they would learn and what is the end state desired after all content is delivered. Similarly you need to ascertain as what are you trying to achieve towards the end of the lecture in terms of your tangible/intangible results.

What i can see with my personal experience is that the content has to be engaging to keep the trainees interested all through and till the end. You have to establish a connect with all learners to leave that everlasting impression.
