In my experience we have to start identifying the PROBLEM, sometimes we know the mision, vision, strengthen... bla, bla, bla, but we don′t know exactly what is our problem, neither the vendors, so first of all, we should know if we realy have a problem or oportunity and then define if the tool is realy the solution for that problem.
