However from my point of view it is also very important when you need to be consice and in which situations you need to deep dive. We need to understand that boss may have many things on his/her plate, thus being prudent and smart in your regular communications is ideal and we should always try to provide that communication or relevent information via the right channel i.e. email,phone,chat,video or call along with face to face sessions.
