Normalmente, em meus projetos, temos usado o JIRA, mas também consideramos outras boas ferramentas, como o Selenium, Appium, TestRail, entre outras. Na minha opini?o, todas essas ferramentas têm o potencial de apresentar ótimos resultados, desde que o plano de testes seja cuidadosamente elaborado, com critérios-chave que possam ser executados, medidos e validados de forma clara. Mais do que apenas uma ferramenta de controle eficaz, é o plano que deve ser alimentado de acordo com as expectativas das entregas estabelecidas no projeto de automa??o.

Best tool in my opinion is when Java Selenium combined with Test-NG and extent reports. Gives a seem-less automation experience and also amazing reports.
