What are the most effective tools for collaborating and communicating with your UX design team?

We often use an online platform with its respondents to quickly check some design solutions. But you should be careful, because not all solutions can be checked in this way - there may be irrelevant respondents. In such cases, it is better to find better respondents among your audience, despite the time and money spent, the result will be of better quality.

For wireframing I am recommend to use Miro. Yes we love Figma and any designer could make it work great and in a few clicks to convert lo-fi to hi-fi. However during first phase of defining flow, you will work collaboratively with PM,BA and other stakeholders who could be not that tech-savvy. Miro is easy tool to learn and to navigate to

For these purposes, we most often use a simple sheet of paper and a pencil, and of course Figma. The cheapest and most understandable tools.

For quick wireframing, I use paper and pen in the initial stage. A few years ago, I utilized Balsamiq for low-fidelity wireframes. However, with the introduction of Figma, I have transitioned entirely to using it for both low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframing and mockup design.

Miro: Miro is a digital whiteboarding tool that enables remote collaboration on design projects. It allows teams to brainstorm ideas, create wireframes, and visualize design concepts together in real time.

FigJam is also a great tool to create user flows and then migrating it to more high fidelity wireframes in a design file. I've used also some other options like Miro, but figma is my all time favorite
