I suggest Gitlab service for CI/CD pipelines that automates much or all of the manual human intervention traditionally needed to get new code from a commit into production, encompassing the build, test (including integration tests, unit tests, and regression tests), and deploy phases, as well as infrastructure provisioning. In my experience I have used Selenium, Appium + AppCenter, Postman, JUnit and JMeter (Load Testing) Selenium is used for automation tests for our Website and Api integrations. Appium + Microsoft App Center was a great tool for writing load tests using JUnit and Apple Test Flight for our React Native mobile application.
