When I coach my clients for their brand messaging, I take them through these steps: 1. Who is your ideal client/target audience? (it's not 'everyone') 2. What problem do you solve for them? (it's not "life") 3. What solution do they want? (It's not "a paradigm shift," their "dream life," or an "innovative approach") Most important: Use the words THEY use to describe their problem and the solution they want.
