penetration testing either black or white box reveals a lot of vulnerabilities needs to be solved before going production. the penetration test must be run on an environment similar to production after that a report with all vulnerabilities has been created with severity, priority of each vulnerability and recommendation to solve and close it and a score out of 10 for system security.
