You might think that travel in itself is a niche but even within travel there are several niches such as luxury travel, backpacking, and adventure travel. Understanding and defining your niche will help you with your outreach because it will ensure you don't waste your time. For example, if you are an adventure traveller it doesn't make much sense that you are reaching out to a 5 star hotel to host you, you might want to reach out to a hotel that includes adventure activities maybe like horseback riding. Basically, having a clearly defined niche will support your goals.

I know that failing to prepare is preparing to fail but at a certain point, you just have to conclude your research and just take some actions instead. Spend more time on learning about your prospects and crafting a quality outreach message. We sure dont want to send another generic message to these people.
