1 Basic MRP systems

Los MRPII o APS a diferencia del MRP simple incorporan la teoría de restricciones de planta, variables como cantidad de mano de obra, recursos vinculados, herramentales o hasta regla de reducción de setups de máquina, arroja un resultado más preciso y un diagrama de GANTT. En el cual podemos ver Recursos vs tiempo, cada barra es una orden de trabajo y el largo de la barra es el tiempo que ocupa esa OP en máquina. Es interesante si este tipo de sistemas puede correr diferentes escenarios. Es necesario tomar datos de un sistema EPR para tener una integración con el resto de las áreas. Stock, Ventas, Compras, Producción, entre otros.
