I wouldn’t describe Scrum as a prioritisation method. Working in Agile sprints or timeboxes you’d usually look at prioritising using MoSCoW. During the sprint the Must haves are the features that must be delivered within that time period, with the Should haves coming in next. Building in time for Could haves gives you some contingency but they are not vital (as per your key stakeholder’s requirements, because it’s they who set the priorities in the first place - keep checking in with them to ensure what you’re delivering meets their expectations)
