1 The Kirkpatrick model

The Kirkpatrick model is a widely used framework for evaluating training programs, based on four levels of outcomes: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Reaction refers to the participants' satisfaction and engagement with the training. Learning refers to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired by the participants. Behavior refers to the changes in the participants' performance and actions as a result of the training.
