Introversion can be your superpower! For too long the focus has been on extraverts as leaders and though they have a lot to offer, so do introverts. Research suggests introverts make better leaders. Dig into your introversion: Understand how it affects your behaviour and energy. Introverts get energy from being alone, and their energy is drained by being with others. However this is no reason not to be with others as you have a lot to contribute. Just be aware that this will deplete your batteries and so carve out some “me time” to recharge. You will function better and those you interact with will benefit from what you have to offer - which is a lot!
