Create a powerful plan P6 programme baseline where schedules, targets, cost and workforce are clearly defined from consensus assessment and input of all concerned department. With this, everybody will be looking at the same page. Share it to all dept incharged and let them strategical execute it. Update weekly, and meet monthly. Every one has to be educated enough to read and understand what is in the plan. ??
