Dashboards come in very handy when monitoring and evaluating project performance. Once the project KPIs hve been defined, necessary data identified, having a dashboard in place (Power BI, Tableau, or even Excel can be used) that meets the requirement of stakeholder requirements should be developed iteratively to ensure the team's perspective is factored in while being developed; once developed, the team should use this dashboard to keep themselves honest and track the performance of each KPI identified.
