2 Not giving specific examples

When you are asked to describe a time when you worked well in a team, or faced a challenge with a team member, or contributed to a team project, you need to provide concrete and detailed examples. Don't just give vague or generic statements like "I always collaborate with others" or "I am a good team player". Instead, use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to explain the context, the goal, the steps you took, and the outcome of your team work. This will show your interviewer how you apply your team building skills in real situations, and what results you achieved.
