The most common pitfall I usually encounter during the creative process is trying to be a perfectionist. Give yourself the freedom to make mistakes. It's okay if you get stuck; take a break and start again. Be calm, think, and don't judge the first draft of your idea because you can always improve it by further brainstorming and logical analysis. And if it still makes no sense, you can always sit, think, analyse, and come up with a new one.

Overthinking: Trust your idea and execute, or else you will not have time on hand to focus on the critical details. Listening to too many voices: When an assignment is in execution, people often come up with different ideas and doubts as they cannot imagine the end result. Hence, don't let them lose faith and vision. Ego: Don't let ego rule you; believe in teamwork.

Be biased toward action. I learned that from my ex-boss. Common pitfalls include premature judgment, sticking to familiar solutions, and fear of failure. Avoid these by staying open-minded, encouraging diverse ideas, embracing experimentation, and viewing failures as learning opportunities. We are held down by fear so many times that we miss out on very many opportunities. This maybe from the experience of failures or even having watched others not succeed or even listening to others more than we listen to our thoughts. Sometimes we just need a step of Faith and get in and we will surprised that we will succeed despite all the odds.

There is always mob psychology when it comes to decision making and this is usually our biggest undoing. thinking that we must conform. Sometime we just have to be different and be the odd one out, or the different thinker in order to get the solutions.

We tend to think that what has worked for others must work for us. All we need to do is think out of the box and will get a solution Not everything is cast on a dice and must conform. some decisions and perspectives just need a unique outlook!
