Your introduction should tell your audience: These are the three things this report/presentation addresses. Don't forget to rely on The Rule of 3s. It works, and it allows your audience to understand -- up-front -- what you plan to cover. The heart of your presentation should then expand individually on each of your three topics with illuminating details presented as bullet points. Finally, summarize your three issues and wrap-up.
