Not knowing your audience can be a real stumbling block! Crafting content without a clear understanding of who you're speaking to can lead to irrelevance and low engagement. It's crucial to delve into your audience's demographics, preferences, and pain points. Utilize tools like surveys and polls to tailor your content, making it a two-way street for better community engagement.

However, to add to this, it's important to take an iterative approach to content creation because, in most cases, you may not have all the answers, even with extensive research and analysis to come up with the right personas. Some things can only be learned in the field, by testing your content ideas. This approach kind of includes the audience in the creation process and helps you better understand what resonates with them best. Another thing to watch out for is content redundancy. A lot of creators (myself included) at some point, channel their energy towards being consistent and loose sight of what is truly important - providing value and building trust.
