Talent Acquisition is a relationship based profession. Having proper alignment with your stakeholders before implementing any model is critical. If you are not properly aligned with leaders and business partners, you are setting each and every leader and resource you have up for failure. Having these partners bought in on your model allows for you and your team to get help maneuvering through the change management and day to day obstacles of the job. This happens organically when the right relationships are in place and when everyone is aligned. Without transparency and buy in you simply flying blind.

In relation to #2, this is the second area most frameworks blunder. If you do not get number 2, you will definitely mess up this step. It's so important to do a journey map for each of your major regions or principalities to best understand the needed requirements for candidates in that particular geographic area. Mapping this out, using a design thinking process, is the most effective way to ensure you do not create more misalignment and havoc in the process.
