Junior SDET is less common, the SDET, in general, is not so often seen because it has a shift to development, while any QA/tester automation/engineer roles are more focused on QA activities utilizing different automation tools. QA Analyst, which was suggested in the article for some reason, isn't about automation. Test Automation Developer == SDET, but I saw such titles too; it's not common.
