One thing if any at all that I believe companies should have in place is a feedback system. I’ve seen one company in particular that was bringing in high 6 almost 7 figures per month go from flourishing to bankrupt in less than 2 years due to : 1. lazy leadership 2. missed feedback implementing opportunities The amount of times I heard of employees going to leadership telling them exactly what’s wrong with whatever aspect of the company but feeling like their concerns have fallen on deaf ears is the absolute worst. So those good employees went looking for green pastures, and sure enough they found it! A team member can always be appointed to a committee to manage /create those types of processes in an establishment.
