The most important metric in improving lead quality is a contact trust score. What's that? It's your objective measure of the lead's trust in you. Call it a measure of your lead's trust equity. How do you measure this equity unsubjectively? Use your contact's content interactions that you've scored with differing units of trust in accordance to what it'd demand of your prospect to do after consuming it. For example, do you have a content piece that presents a way for the client to gain efficiency? Did the client agree with its call-to-action and followed through? If so, that gets a certain score. Accumulate equity piece by piece. The higher the trust, the better the lead quality. Benchmark at what trust level most sales close.
