Mindset is a very important part of your design team. Whether you like or dislike someone's solution, you need to listen to it first. The best solution will be born from diversity, this is why having the strong voice of every team member is vital.

I believe that diversity in a team is indeed necessary. Based on my experience in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas, people with a variety of backgrounds will also produce a wide range of ideas, due to differences in perspective and experience in their respective fields. For collaboration, the important thing is that we have a team leader who understands the abilities of each member, so that they can maximize the potential of each person in the team more efficiently according to their roles.

It's critical to share your work with others in your organization, but ideally also externally — it'll get you valuable feedback from different sources to improve your work. Internally, it's critical to share your work as much as possible with people — potentially even presenting it in meetings meant to share work across the design discipline. This can help you personally grow , but also helps with making people across the company see the value of great UX Design. Sharing your work externally is also a great idea — mostly because it can help you build your portfolio, reputation, and personal brand.
