LinkedIn is still the best tool for corporate recruiting in my opinion. There is nothing that has the combination of tools, functionality and reach like Linkedin.

My preference is HackerRank. It allows the best customization of options to fit your specific needs. However, there are limits to how long you should make these assessments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
