If you want to show that you know your stuff in your particular niche, I have a very simple strategy. Write a book. No, I'm being serious. Nothing shows you know your stuff more than if you have a published text about it. So you might ask 2 more questions: Q1) Do I have to write a long book? Q2) I don't have a publisher, what do I do? Q1) No, it doesn't have to be a long book. I know successful authors who have written books in less than 10,000 words. That's a 1/3 or a uni dissertation. Q2) You can self-publish. Amazon has Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) which is really straightforward to use. That's how I published my last 2 books - KDP changed my life. The word 'authority' has 'author' in it. Try it for yourself!

You don't have to be naturally outgoing to identify something of common interest to discuss among individuals who share your passion for education. You may even ask a question that you already know the answer to... You might be surprised at the diversity of responses, perspectives, and rationales that you receive back. Networking is beneficial as it allows you to explore a variety of schools of thought.

Your frameworks and value may be incredible, but you must let the world know. To help more people, have more impact, and grow your voice - you have to step forward and tell the world what you can do. This doesn’t need to be sales-y. Share your ideas and frameworks, share valuable tools and tips, add your voice to the debate and bring your experience and expertise to bear. In my experience, marketing yourself is a life skill. Even the infant knows how to get the things (food or toys) by marketing their gestures and expressions (sometimes loud communications). By the time we grow, we tend to lose these skills. The basic reason is commonality. We start judging ourselves from others' perspectives. I launched my own website on 1/1/2022 with the clear thought of serving society with what I have in abundance (knowledge and skills). After a successful marketing campaign of 1 year and 10 months, people started giving me more attention. The strategy is very simple. "To win the game, just be in the game". Don't lose your focus, ever.

A better alternate is to provide added benefits that other don't or can't provide. But, all this should not be just talk or proposal, it has to be delivered too.

Teaching is mother of all profession and teacher is basically a symbol of Nation’s future development, acting as true a builder with right faith, right knowledge & right action, igniting the minds of the students, enlightening and electrifying their mind, body and soul, promoting holistic development making them a Global citizen, inculcating creativity, critical thinking and innovative attitude, cultivating skills such as multilingualism, communication, cooperation, teamwork, patience, tenacity, tolerance and finally guiding them towards new areas of knowledge. The Globe has become small, now the Universe matters. If we want to produce Global Citizens, we as a teacher will have to convert ourselves as a Universal Teacher.
